This year, Intuit launched Elevate, a $250,000 microgrant program that gave 25 grassroots organizations across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Atlanta unrestricted grants of $10,000 each. The early results are inspiring: expanded academic coaching for more than 1,100 students, new workforce pathways into union construction trades and clean energy, and dozens of encouraging stories amplifying the underrepresented artists and entrepreneurs at the heart of their communities. Elevate set out to invest directly in the work already strengthening these neighborhoods – and the impact is clear.
Intuit’s mission is to power prosperity for the people and communities we serve. The Elevate Grant Program brings that mission to life by listening to local leaders and investing directly in the work that supports their neighborhoods, from expanding access to education and technology to supporting entrepreneurship, workforce development and creative careers.
More than just a grant, Elevate is designed to build long-term, support-based relationships between Intuit and the communities we’re proud to be part of.
How it started: 200 conversations in Los Angeles
Elevate’s roots go back to LA, where a cross-functional Intuit team set out to deepen our relationships with the communities we serve. Since then, our Community Engagement team has connected with more than 200 local leaders and organizations across the city.
Those conversations revealed both the extraordinary work already underway and a clear opportunity for Intuit to do more than celebrate it. We could invest in it. Elevate was shaped directly by what community leaders told us they needed: flexible resources, sustained partnership and trust in their vision.
What Elevate is designed to do
In the Fall of 2025, the Intuit Elevate Grant Program aimed to empower nonprofit organizations focused on STEM, youth development, entrepreneurship, and economic mobility across communities. Elevate is grounded in three commitments shaped by our mission to power prosperity around the world:
- Foster economic mobility – Invest in community-driven organizations that help break down financial barriers and build local wealth.
- Support community-led solutions – Back a diverse range of initiatives designed by the people closest to their communities’ needs.
- Build long-term collaboration – Move beyond one-off donations to create sustained, trust-based relationships in the communities we serve.
Together, these commitments push us past the checkbook and into the kind of sustained, on-the-ground partnership that actually moves the needle for the organizations and the communities we are proud to be part of.
Meet the Elevate Grant recipients

Los Angeles: driving equity, tech, and education
Our LA cohort represents a powerful cross-section of leaders advancing education, digital equity, and community health across Southern California. Elevate grants fund work spanning college access, workforce reentry, and the digital divide — from i.am College Track’s academic coaching for 1,100+ scholars, to Flintridge Center’s reentry apprenticeships, and TEC Leimert’s tech and entertainment career pathways.

San Diego: sustainability and community leadership

Atlanta: cultivating creativity and next-gen leadership

What’s next
We’re proud to stand behind these 25 organizations. Elevate isn’t a one-time gesture – it’s the start of a sustained relationship between Intuit and the communities we’re part of. As we look ahead, we’ll keep listening, keep showing up locally, and keep investing in the leaders already doing this work every day.
Over the next year, we’ll check in with our Elevate grantees, and look for new ways to support their communities and the work they do to drive impact everyday.
